Ive been cursing my board over this many time but now its really getting silly. They have increased the number of scouts and physio I am allowed so I now have 3 scouts and can scout all of Europe and 2 physio. From the start of the game until now they have insisted that I shouldn't have more than 1 coach though. Of course I have more since it tends to lend you go over that limit but not enough to have 1 coach per attribute like a normally have. I am currently £70K p/w under my whopping £90K p/w wage budget that they gave me in the latest contract with stadium and training facility upgrades coming almost every season fueled by money from Europe. Are they ever going to let me hire some more coaches.

I hire as many coaches/staff as I bloody well like. If they don't like it, they can sack me ||,,

Well wouldn't that be nice but they block the hiring and I don't particularly want to switch team yet.

I find ways & means to get round my board, they are only there to test my patience anyway.

I've never had a board block staff hires before - and I've been over the allowed limit since I left the Conference North

They always seem to let you over the allowed limit by 1 for physio and scout and over by quite a few for coaches but the problem is my limit for coaches is only 1, I currently have 6 but they wont let me get those extra couple. Normally I have the problem with number of scouts being blocked.

Surely 6 coaches are enough or are you looking at starting a seniors team aswell.

I think youre allowed 50% extra staff (rounded up) on your limit. Thats a guess, but when I have a limit, I can get away with 5.

Limits needs lifting to around 10-11 Coaches IMO. No club in League 1/2 has 3 coaches.

I don't need coaches

1 or 2 do the job for me normally.

Whenever I have a team that lets me I have 8 coaches + the assman so each guy is assigned to one training area. I often get a 9th when I'm at a huge club (lots of reserves) to stop areas going above light workload.
