Three Assistant Managers? At the same time? Doesn't really sound realistic to me in Conference North. I think, when you sign staff, you'll get a hint of your board what they think you should have as staff. I think at that level, it would be 1 Assistant Manager + 1 Coach.

sorry, not at the same time.

i released the first, then bought someone else in, who got poached by a league club to be a coach and then i had to promote from within for the last couple of months of the season.

Stan, I am more than happy to welcome you to the LLM forums, but I still have one little problem with the way you post.

As you have said, you have read the headers, and as such you should know that it is the LLM way to punctuate all your posts thoroughly and correctly, as not all Llamas speak English as their first language.

I prefer a more careful approach, especially as I am not in a position where I am an 'experienced' Llama myself, have only had 5 LLM files over 4 seasons.
