IMO - Once you sign your own team, which usually takes 2-3 years for me, you should be able to get 3-4 promotions in 12-15 years on this game, thats been my experiences anyway. Im willing for them to make this game a bit harder for next year, I like doing well, but I prefer to struggle to do well.

I've found it the other way round to Ian. I found the jump to the Conference quite comfortable, but having been struggling in League Two.

This is how I'm finding it:

Conf N/S -> Conf - Not to bad.

Conf -> L2 - Almost relegated twice. V. Hard.

L2 -> L1 - Suprisingly smooth, may yet even gain back-to-back promotion. (Aquaplaning?)

I've spent 6 seasons in total in the conf Nat. (even slipped down once). Promoted from Leagues 1 and 2 after 2 seasons by winning, finished in play-off zone in my first Championship season.

So I'd say, yeah, the conference is the hardest.

I have just got promoted to Conference after winning CS with WSM. Finding it very hard to sign players with any quality to help stay in the league but looking forward to the challange as this is the 1st time I have started at this level. Finding it much more fun than playing as Liverpool!!!
