Yes but do bear in mind that Stuart Pearce was in charge of a huge club before taking the England u21s reign. As opposed to a lower-league Finnish club..

don't forget i was offered the full england job too..surely more controvesy would ahve surrounded that than accpeting to manage the U21's..
anyway another update should follow soon later as i close in on finishing my 4th season sometime today...
