Media Prediction: 15th
Finished: 12th

Season went something like this:
Strong first third + Average second third + Abysmal final third = Mid-table finish.
I guess no-one took us for granted this year. I firmly believed we could be one of the main players but a terrible run of form towards the end (including a ten game goalless streak) saw us slip down the table.
I had decided to hinge my team around a newly signed either-footed welsh mid-fielder but of course he found himself on the injury shelf for pretty much all but the last ten or so matches.

We’ll be really pushing for promotion next season and have already signed two new, very talented strikers to that effect (one of whom broke his foot ONE DAY AFTER AGREEING TO TERMS, git).
The extra firepower will be most welcome as my pylon-esque target man seems to have forgotten how to win headers.

A news item claiming that one of my 'top' players is having personal problems and wants some time away from football. It also lists 'personal problems' under slight concerns in his profile.

Funny though, I never considered a reserve team 4th choice GK a 'top' player.

Obviously your goalkeeper was caught on film in a comprimising position with one of the local goats and is since being bribed for most of his massive £50ish a week wage packet, subsequently forcing him to turn to a part-time venture of selling cigarettes to school children and working as a human guinea pig testing the effects of overexposure to dangerous levels of radioactive marmite and redbull mixtures.
On the plus side, his concentration stats should go sky high!
