As Doug said, a media reported player is fair game once scouted or trialled.

That said, I saw one of my previous players (with Leigh, I'm at Ayr now) being reported as about to sign for Brentford, so I zipped in with an offer and signed the bugger before they could :o

Yeah I wouldnt take them on without knowing about them first. I guess lower down though it might not be so right because it would hardly be reported on if they a small time player, if you get me.

Considering you last posted in T&T less than 90 minutes before this thread, I'm rather sceptical of your LLM credentials gav. You don't suddenly decide you want to be LLM. You try it out and see if you like it.
