After being promoted to Div 1 in Croatia, and after having gone professional, full time with much bigger wage budgets I am still limited to 3 coaches?? This is a major hurdle, and there is no way to request for extra coaches. Will I be stuck forever having only 3 coaches, or do you eventually get to hire more?

I actually do have 7 coaches and that appears to be the absolute limit. If I happen to sign another they just cancel it. So with a leeway of 4 coaches extra, if I could just get my board to approve of 5 coaches at least, then I could get that extra two more coaches which would be perfect.
