Is that Bangor in Northern Ireland?

The reason I ask it that when I joined Raceview Rangers (newly promoted to the NI second division) my wage budget was only about £1k a week, and because my board were really strict with it, I had to be really choosy who I signed (bascially if they wanted more than £55 per week, I told 'em to forget it!!).

Before taking the job I wasn't told that I had to trim the wage bill. Furthermore my top 2 players wages come to £700 and that is before I even arrive.

Furthermore I can still sign more players despite being 200% over my wage bill. Surely the board would cut in...

Something similar happened to me with a university team in Ireland where my wage budget was £400 yet my team wages came to 3k.
