I'll pick the team which is predicted to finish bottom in the lowest league their is.

Say the team predicted to finish 22nd in whatever the Conference South is called in FM 2008.

Bloody Sponsor's!

Keep the Leagues the same, it's hard enough to remember what they are called already without someone else changing the names of them every 5 minutes.

I liked the old names better. It's still better than what the scottish league is called now. Clydesdale Bank Premier League if I recall...

We could get some catchy names though, I'm looking forward to a Barr's sponsored competition, Tizer Trophy has a nice ring to it.

What the better half of Manchester said.

I wait for the first patch before I start my first save with a new version. It's usually out on the day of release or the day after.
Not sure I'll get 08 though, the Billericay save is going nicely on 07, if beginning to get rather slow during transfer windows. Maybe I got greedy and picked too many leagues. Have to see how it goes in another couple of seasons I think...

High five?

I tend to give one, quick bogey game a go to get a quick feel for the new add-ons. It usually only lasts a few hours to a day while I wait for/download the patch,

99% of bugs that do pop up in the fm games don't require you to start a new game to solve anyway. Just save the game, close it, install the patch, reopen the game.
