Ok so i'm new to the whole LLM thing, so i understand that i'll probably get flamed for being technical but i'd like to try my best to be truely LLM.
So......as i'm using FM2007, in order to find staff i'm using the Job Advert system. What i was wondering is this? Is it against the rules to place an advert for a Youth Coach and when the responses come in actually hire them as a Full Coash or a First Team coach? Because i've noticed that i get different applicants for each but some are more suited to different roles. Your thoughts would be much appreciated.
It's sort of how I ended up in my current job, went to the interview for one position and walked out being offered a better position in another department.
The bloke leading the interview looked shell-shocked as his colleague stole me from him.
If I received a CV for a job applicant in our accounts and audit department and their CV seemed more suitable for our outsourcing department, I would have no hesitation in offering them that alternative role.
Woohoo, because when you advertise for a youth coach and all of your aplicants have 1 in the Working With Youngsters attribute, i can't help but see if they might be able to fit in elsewhere!?
I can't wait for the improved lunch hour engine, plus the ability to block your workers from using Facebook is something i've looked forward to for a while.

The staff thing sounds fair game to me, if they apply and accept, then good luck to you
