Use your scouts. If you don't have a scout then use the Job Centre to get one.

Scouting, you may also want to take the time to browse some of the threads in this forum, you may get answers to question you havn't even thought of yet.

The main points to remember along with the search facility being off limits;

You can't be a feeder club (against FA rules)

Do not sign players that are known to you unless you come across them in your game.

No downloaded tactics or non SI updates.

If you have to ask "Am I cheating?" you probably are.
