Not been here for a while, but I have a confession to make. I lost my way. I strayed off the path of the good and wise. I commited adultery.

Well......kind of. I did not succumb to the evils of GT&T the hell that is the Editor's forum. But I did play something else and gave up on FM07. (Civ III, to be precise.

After going on holiday in April, I came back and did not have the same enthusiam. My Newtown save was nearing the magic 3 season mark but Welsh football (and the fact I'd picked too many leagues for my :specialneedssmiley: computer) just didn't appeal.

So until last month, I hadn't even looked at FM. But, with the start of the football season, I thought I'd whirl it up. Remembering that it was slow and a league I didn't enjoy, I did something new. I started a new save after asking Frank for advice for the 1st time.

And, Lo! Frank was indeed wise, and picked a team that wasn't all that bad, at least something I could work with. So, thanks to Frank and Parndorf, I have been re-united with a loved one. Just got 8 more games before I finish my 3rd season, and I'll have my 1st update.

God, isn't it great to fall in love again.?

Never heard of Parndorf, but it's a funny word, like fart.

Just a couple of hints:

a.) Population 3741
b.) A huge factory outlet with 650 workers that has lots of money.
c.) No fanbase.
d.) Parndorf is located in Hung...uhm...Burgenland, the least popular state in Austria.

I knew they were from a tiny town and more Hungarian than Austrian. And I was kinda confused as to why they had a fairwad of cash.

I just thought there was maybe some Llama history about them.

Still, there badge has a thistle on it, which is enough for a tight fisted, alcoholic skirt wearer like me to have an affinity....
