I am half way through my third season managing spurs. In season one, I won the uefa cup and finished 6th, in season two i won the league cup and finished fifth, in season 3 I am still in Europe and the FA cup, in the League cup final and am sitting in sixth.

I really want to push on to the next level now. Any advice on signings, sales etc is welcome.

I also have a crop of young players that I have trained up to be top notch and ready for the first team including;

Terry Dixon (next Robbie keane)
Pekhart (New Berbatov)
Sturridge (New Alan Smith)
Millan (needs no introduction)
Wolff Eikrem (AMC)
Justin Jules (the Next David Beckham apparently)

Any advice is welcome. I really want Gago and Sahin and am tempted to go for Higuain even though I have loads of wicked strikers.
