Default trying to build a good young team

Title says it all. Can anyone help? I've used the editor and made most of my team young . Suggest any improvements if you can. My team is:

Jambo Dave's 3-5-2

GK - Akinfeev
DC - Micah Richards
DC - A. Ferdinand
DC - Billy Jones
ML - Francisco Javier Yeste
MR - Magrao
MC - Julio Baptista
MC - Steven Gerrard
MC - Frank Lampard
FC - Arturio Lupoli
FC - Robinho

Subs
GK - Oscar Ustari
DC - John Terry
MC - Francesc Fabregas
FC - Wayne Rooney
FC - Thierry Henry

Please tell me if you think I should shuffle a few players around or simply recommend someone between 16 - 20 that would fit nicely into the team.

Fabio and Rafael, the twin brazilian/portugese fullbacks fron fluminense aint half bad. both come rather cheap as well. bought them both for Liverpool and they can more than hold their own against the likes of Lennon and Robben

Raul Garcia, from Osasuna, is excellent free scoring AMC, much better than Gerrard. I put both into my squad, Gerrard gets more assists, but Garcia got 32 goals in first season, from midfield.
