Hey, cant wait for this game to come out for the 360. Really looking forward to it!

However, quick question regarding the online play. I note that up to 16 players are supported through live, but can you confirm whether or not the online play is restricted to the leagues/cups/scenarios built into the game or will i be able to create my own game as I would at the moment with the Network Play option on the PC version?

I'm keen to get invloved in the online leagues etc but also want to have a game running where it is just myself and a couple of mates playing with the nations/leagues we want.

Hmm... thats a bit on the disappointing side. Was kind of hoping we would be able to play it like this.

I'm sure that live stuff will be quality but what concerns me is that there are no transfers or anything so it makes the online play rather restrictive.

hope so, perhaps in FM07 and maybe the lag wouldn't be a issue like the pc game

Whilst I agree an online career would be nice in FM2006 I don't see it as a major disappointment. I'm really looking forward to the online FA Cups and other competitions that will be possible. It will make our single player games all the more valuable as we attempt to build a side that not only beats our AI opponents but also our friend's teams as well.

The online Live modes are much much better than anything we've had in the PC game before in my opinion. Try it before you knock it!
