When i go onto my Training Summary screen it shows a number of players who under my chosen training have green arrows or red arrows representing the effects of training, however when i go into the individual player his stats have not changed at all or only a little bit i.e. on only a couple of areas such as pace and finishing for example, even though in the summary it suggests they have improved in lots of areas, does anyone know why this is or have similiar issues?
