i understand that. bbut in my head i was questoning the point of it when, iv won 5 league titles,3 continental cups and 5 fa cups, it stills looks like i am a poor manager

It only looks like you're a bad manager because your denoting false value to the attributes shown there.

Ask yourself, are you a better manager if you only buy domestic players and receive a 20 in 'domestic player bias'? Hardly.

It does not matter if you have all the numbers on 20 if you can not win, nor do they matter if they're all on 1 and you win trophies every season. As sifrow said, it only reflects your style of play - it's not a measure of success.

winning trophies will not raise your hands on approach or domestic player bias.

Hands on Approach relates to how much you do at the club. You'll need to sort out the training and frienlies, renew contracts, etc. If you do that it should improve.

Domestic player bias will improve by buying players of the nationality of the country you're playing in.
