managed to get millwall to the premiership in 2 seasons but not sure I'm going to be able to keep them there. Always like teams with a solid defence but no strikers. Much more fun to buy

Southend are a good team to manage.

Decent enough League One team, with a 22,000 stadium 18 months away (in the game at least).

I've just started as Swindon and we are top of the table after 10 games.

Fairly decent in defence, had to get some strikers and centre mids in

no transfer budget but you can get rid of some players and adjust the wages straight away anyway.

Hopefully I will get to Jan and I will be able to get some transfers to maintain the promotion push, then in the summer get us steady in the championship.

It's quite good so far though.
