"Disappointed by the managerial Discipline"

Any ideas what this is for?

Only 9 games into the season. 2 players are unhappy. I have not fined anyone. Its beena very smooth start.

Are you sure it doesn't say 'Dissapointed by the lack of managerial discipline'?

I've had this a few times and it occurs when you fail to warn or fine players for getting sent off, violent bahaviour, unprofessional behaviour and that kind of thing.

Probably does say that. Not playing the game right now.

I had my new signing Miranda sent off on his Debut, i did not fine him. Do you reakon this is the reason?

Rothen better watch himself or he will be left to rot in the reserves.

I probably says what chopper says.

Maybe you are making too many random comments to the media or loosing your temper easily. (Measured by criticism of referees)

make sure you know why a player is been sent off. If they just get sent off for two bookable offence near the end of the match then perhaps no action should be taken. But if they kick and shove someone during a match and gets a straight red for it you should definitely fine them.

I go through the match report whenever a player gets sent off before deciding what to do. Usually I give them a warning the first time it happens though.

I do not fine players (except missing training) on the basis that the player fined is more likely to play badly than the odd negative comment about manager discipline.

Not noticed any performance drop from playersor team that question managerial discipline and as been offered Man U job, not a problem for future employment.

Most boxes you tick re comments tend to have a negative effect so I take no action and play on.

Any hints on getting positive reactions welcome.
