I have a problem. My senior training contains 70-80players per training schedule and youth training only 15-16. My U20team contains 45 players but most of these guys train in senior-group. Why? Why i cant choose youth training for youth players? Now my coaches workload is heavy in every senior schedule. So help needed.

No thats not it. Because i have under 18s in senior training program.

Under 18s can train with the seniors if you so wish.

I think only players on youth contracts can train on youth schedules. Once they're given a proper contract they must train with the seniors.

Like I said - they're probably too old. Your under20 team must contain lots of players aged 18, 19, 20. These will train with seniors, because they're not kids anymore.

And like i said i have 17years old guys doing that...

But choppers explain makes sense. That must be it.

Also, senior scheduals allow for more training so you could just make another training schedual with lower intensity for those U18 players (but why would you want that?)
