Is this a problem in any of your games? I'm in 2012, managers like Jose Mourinho was never employed after he left Chelsea and has now completely disappeared from the game. Surely IRL he would get another shot at management?

Maybe he didn't want to?
Kevin Keegan has done it IRL. Kenny Dalglish too. I'm sure there are many others?

jose mourinho took ages to get a job on my game but saying maybe he didnt want to is silly im sure the computer doesnt sit there and think jose mourinho doesnt want a job lol.
