Can't do both at the start. You've gotta earn it during your career, one way or the other.
Obvious choice would be to make yourself England manager with a high reputation. Then apply for top jobs.

If you mean how do you actually make yourself England manager, simply click on the English flag wherever you see it

Yeah I meant just actually adding yourself. Ok will try that, but im guessing i can't be england and club manager at the same time doing it that way?

Nah, you can only appoint yourself manager of one team at the start.

Apologies, but guess the way around it would be to start as 2 separate managers?
