I offered 1 of my players a new contract and he wanted this in he's contract but what is it?

it means if the player is offered a job as a manager or coach by a club, he's free to join them and leave the club without needing your prior permission.

basically it means your player can leave your club if he is offered a managers job or coach job i.e - ass man.
i hope hes a veteran as you dont wnat your young players getting the england job lol
