Was just wondering if in-game shouts have ever been attempted by SI? Something like "calm it down" or "keep hold of possesion" while the game is in play. That's the only thing I can think of is lacking from the match-engine. Real managers would be able to influence their players to a certain extent while the game is going on.

looking at it these things are tactical changes which are accessible in the game by switching to a different tactic.
Too often i think people expect to cruise through season after season with one formation, as you rightly say managers are changing tempo, aggression, possession and style of play constantly throughout the game

Yeah fair point Daniel. Just think it's the main thing that you can't do that real managers can. You can't spur on your team or calm them down once they go on the pitch. When a team score a goal, the manager would be out in the technical area telling them to keep their heads, calm it down etc I just wanna be a Stuart pearce type manager I guess
