ok, i'm new here and i got 2 players with this as their slight concerns

"worried by the lack of managerial indiscipline"

What on earth is it and how do i address this issue???

they are worried you are not teling them off for playing bad. when they play bad let them know about it dont be worried they will get upset and leave they might get upset for a bit but still tell them what you think it helps i the long run.

Give 'em a good bollocking, and a fine every now and then, and they'll respect you for it.

i would reckon sometime lately you have had a player not turn up for training and let it go. this is the only time i come across this. make sure and warn/fine a player for not training. i find warning for poor performance often upsets them
