What little things do you do in your game that might help others when they play?
I don't mean tactics or anything like that, I just mean the way you play the game.
I have always found it hard, when trying to select which staff member to appoint, when loads and loads of them apply for one job.
Ideally, SI would introduce a way of comparing them all on the same page via a direct link from the "response to scout advert" message. Until they do though, I have a little solution that makes things a lot easier, (for me anyway).
What I do is give all the staff members who have applied for the jobs nick-names that are relevant to the job that they have applied for. ie Jon Smith who is applying for the role of SCout and has the attributes Judging Player Ability 1 & Judging Player Potential 7 would be nicknamed PA1 PP7. This allows me to see at a glance the important attributes for the staff applying for the job and select the correct one accordingly.
