Default Skinning Bug

Bit of a skinning bug I've noticed.

If you have two skins with their own 'fm colours.xml' file, the skin with the latest name alphabetically over-rides the other's colours.

As a test I made two new skins called x and y, direct copies of the Flexion skin folder with the folder, skin xml file and skin display name changed. I then made a settings folder in each skin and copied the fm colours.xml file from the settings folder in the main FM data folder.

Making changes to the fm colours.xml file in y caused the same changes to occur in skin x, even though x has it's own fm colours file.

Particularly annoying as skinners cannot guarentee their work will look right to end users depending on which skins they have added (unless they name their files zzzzskinname).
