Portsmouth do have a third kit, but it won't be officially unveiled until September 3rd.
If someone wants to make a temporary kit, I would imagine the third kit will be similar looking to the Dri-fit Warm Up T-Shirt - Black/Gold Trim
here, although the design will probably change and include the reflective discs that appear on the other two shirts.
