but i don't know which one to choose?
and where can i download that one?

There's the normal editor that comes with the game, start, all programs, sports interactive, football manager then editor.

That will edit the game before you start a new game up, or you can use a program called FMM (have a look around on this forum) and that can edit a game while your playing it.

Remember FMM is third party software if it goes wrong SI wont offer support for it, so do your research before using it.
