I created a new team and added it into the Conference North and swapped out a old team so there are still 22 teams in the league. Then when I try to start a new game with that database I cannot select England but every other country is fine.
Note: I did not tinker with England itself at any time.

this happened to me once and i think you have to edit a team that is already there. i might be wrong though

There must be a league with the wrong amount of teams in.

I'm having a similar problem actually. But all I did was swap teams, so I couldn't have changed the number.

I don't know where the other team went. I just created the new team and swapped it into Conference so that probably is the problem.

i swapped milan with of the iceland teams (cant remember which one) and that didn't work.

Fe98, i have never swapped teams from one country to another but could the problem be:
