i want to start a new game and put myself in the database......cant find an option to do so....do i have to uninstall the game and start all over again using the original then apply the patch
1.Load up fm editor
2.Click file>load db - select db
3.Click edit>create person
4.Enter in stats for 'yourself'
5.Click file>save db as...
6.Save as a new db
7.Close FM editor
8.Open FM2007
9.Click new game
10. Choose your edited db from drop down menu.

wheres the drop down menu were i can choose my edited db
I would like also know that; cause i have made some changes and i save them in new file, but i dont know what to chose in game, that those changes will be able in my new game...

ME too i save my db and than in new game can`t load it. But i`ve loaded my db before patching to 7.0.2 than i -re-installed the game,but again nothinng...??!!
When you click on New Game, it should come up with a menu, if you have installed the patches as you've gone along, it should have original databse, 7.0.1 and 7.0.2, your edited database should be on that list.
As for editing yourself, you can also upload a picture for your profile if you wish to witness yourself play football. However, if you want to be the manager although you can upload an image, I can't seem to figure out how to make the age attribute work. For example, if I'm 23 years old, and I put my DOB is 1/1/1984, the manager's age would go randomly to 61 or something.
Can someone explain please?

it automatically adds a few years as a 23 yr old manager would not gain much respect from the players.

Of course I am. I think the cut off age for a manager is 25, but I'm not certain.
