I would like to change a NON- EU country into EU member. How to do that and will it affect already saved game or do I have to start a new game?

Hey, there are two ways of doing that !

If you want to change the database,and you want that,from the beginning of every game,that nation is already a EU member,you can use the data editor. Just go to "nation" and search for you desired nation,then tick the "EEC member" and voila!

But,if you want that your nation is a EU member in your saved game,you should use an save-game editor like FMM. Hope this helps mate
