I started my first game with Grimsby, my record is played 10 won 0 drawn 4 lost 6. I admit I haven't got a fantastic side but this is getting stupid. I will admit that I have no idea what I'm doing. I have tried almost everything. Loads of tactics on here and tried to do the "Googen's 4-4-2" which I just dont understand. Must have read it 100 times and it doesn't make any sense to me at all. I know that Closing down and Defensice line is crucial on this version, but I don't know how to do it!
On the last one I did the whole tweaking making 14 tactics thing. And it worked very well and I was very sucessfull. English is not my first language as I was born in Lithuania so I don't know if thats why I dont understand "Googen's 4-4-2."
Please if anyone can help I would certainly very much appreciate it! I don't know if I should pick a tactic and stick to it or what? But I'm on the verge of smashing my computer up! It has put me in bad moods and sorts! never been so bad on a Champ/FM and it so depressing!
I have to say I have been pretty frustrated with the game but, surely this is what it is all about struggling to find the system and when you crack it you feel the reward so much more.
I really hope you are right "nidgeous". Because I'm getting really p***ed off. I know Grimsby are an average League Two sdie, but no way should they be bottom!!
The game is fundamentally simple, get a grasp of the basics. If you have a solid understanding of the sliders and how to manage then it should be a cinch.
I can't play this game!
