I have to say, like others i am stuggling somewhat with this version of the game. I am not a big fan of downloading other tactics, however i have done it this time round to try and get an understanding of what works. I designed a few formations which worked ok in pre-season. But have a look and see what you think against Newcastle...... and needless to say.... i am Tottenham.
Its certainly more challenging, when i do win, its not in style. I can pull of 3-2 wins, but im at 55% passing and 45% control.... not what you want really. Anyhows.... posting this more for people to laugh at than anything else.
Oh... i promise i didnt mess with the tactics during the game to vreate this scoreline. Its what happened.....

and ... oh... my assistant recomends that i tell the team that i am merely dissapointed with their performance.... i think he might get the sack before me. And before anyone suggests it, no my assistance is no Martin Jol.

I think you've just over thought things. Go back to basics and pick up a few results that way. Then it's time to start tweaking your own tactic once morale is up.
The more you change a tactic that isn't working, the worse it will get.
