Each time i start a game, i pretty much do the same thing with my forwards. I have a target man who is big, has good heading/jumping and then a second man who is playing just ahead of him, who is quick with good finishing.
I have instructions like, target man rarely makes runs to make sure hes not too far ahead of play for the flick on, fast striker has mixed runs, runs with ball often etc.
However, this is the only way i have success with my forwards, and its getting quite boring. Has anyone actually got their team playing any differently? And has anyone got the instructions right so their wingers provide excellent crosses leaving fowards with tap ins? Any input much appreciated!
