I just started playing this years Football Manager and I always need to find a tactic that suits me fine.
I have started managing Ajax, and I decided to use you tactic, I had instant result.
Because you are playing for the "Johan Cruiff Schaal" it is the first match against PSV, but I couldn't win (reloading every time) until I used your tactic.
At this moment I don't have any screenshots, but I will post them in the future so you can see the results I got with help of your tactic

Pre Season - Game 1
I tweaked the passing style to direct, just my opinion but I think it goes better with a quick tempo. I also put the mentality more attacking because I was playing a rubbish team.
Anyway:
