players training/mentoring other players??

how is it done. i have done it before.. but just cant seem to find it agin?? thanks

1. Click the player who you want to be mentored
2. Click 'Player Interaction' on the menu at the bottom left
3. It will have an option to choose the player you want the young player to learn from
4. Choose one of the options such as 'State you think this player could learn from this player'
5. Wait for the response
