Hello

One tip said you should inform Important players that you are resting them rather than just drop them, But I cant find where to do this.

Also when you "offer a player to Clubs" does it automatically offer them only to interested clubs if not how do you do this?

For point 1 you go to Player Interaction and from here you can inform a player that you plan to rest him.

As for point 2, the player is offered to every club. However, only clubs that are interested in the player usually bid for him.

Ok, Ill have another look, I went through player interaction and didnt find an option ,...that said it was late on and I had a few beers.
