if my defender doesn't train shooting and lost points in finishing can he have this point elsewhere?

no one knows how the system works? Personalized trainings give a real plus or should i stick with the general training schedule?

No its not that simple- unless his training schedule actually increases another attribute, then his CA will fall- it will not happen automatically.

Ref training- using the General training schedules will be OK for reasonable development but there is no doubt that if you design schedules that are position specific there will be greater improvements across the board. Dont forget about the importance of the coaches and allocating them manaually if/when you have differnt ones.

Another popint- it is best if you have seperate training schedules that you include some training in all the disciplines and dont have the players doing no training at all in one area-e.g. not having your forwards doing some defending etc.
