I need a really good tactic far a really poor team...
I am curently in my 5th season,I just promoted FC Drobeta into the first division in Romania,the problem is that I was using Fiora2 in the second division and despite the lack of qualiuty within the team we overachieved and promoted.
But due to lack of financial support from the board I can't make my team any better and the quality gap between my players and the average division player is huge !
My best ho[e is to stay clear of relegation in the first season and make some money,but as I said the lack of quality is overwhealming...I am destined to come dead last...
Any advices on what tactic to use in order to prevent relegation?
