I'm man utd and vidic has gone to AC for 35mil, board accepted, i want a young defender who i can rotate with Pique, has anyone bought Garay, if so how good is he, whats he like with freekicks does he score a few? Coming up to end of Jan window so reply quick please.

Not signed him, put a bid in for 15mil plus 25% and they came back saying that they wanted 22mil for him. I'll just stick with pique and brown untill summer.

signed him on a free transfer when he was 24, now he's worth almost $30mil!

i reckon u get the italian player andre barzagli from FC Bayern. Hes a lot better than garay and cost price is around 23 mil but i think they want more for him

Kompany has a release clause of 14M or so I think so you can get him. He's pretty good from what people say.

Barzagli will in all probability be at Barca now. If this is your first season, I doubt he'll want to come. But he generally has a release clause of 23-24M at Barca so you could try to get him. Best defender in the game imo. Even though he's 26-27 he's well worth the money.

Garay is a good player as well though. You should be able to get him for a a little less than the 22M. Anything around 17-18M would be fine I guess. But if money's not a problem, then pay 22M if they want. He's a good player.
