Default How to improve fitness of players?

On my lfc game half the players are constantly around 93% fit instead of 99/100. If i play one of the players they then go down to around 85%. Can you please advise me on how tyo improve the fitness of my players up to 99/100%. Does reducing training make a difference?

u could use fmm:

start fmm---> load---> search Liverpool---> click on them in the table on left---> go on team---> then heal (this also heals all injured players even if they have a broken leg back to 100%

Dont really like using cheats. But whats fmm?

Firstly, rest them after matches. If they get tired, then rest them again. When you're not doing this, have them on a training schedule with high strength and at least medium aerobic training. This will decrease them at first but it will eventually get there natural fitness and stamina up.
