A few members of my squad have this under slight concerns, why is this, what am i doing?

Not repramanding them for either a poor performance (5 or below rating) or for getting sent off (either 2 yellows or a straight red).

Generally, for 1 poor performance by any single player, I issue them a warning in the first instance. And if they do it again, then I fine 1 weeks wages thereafter (am talking about in one season here).

If they get sent off for two yellows, its again a warning for the first time and 1 weeks wages for every subsequent sending off.

If its a straight red, I fine them 1 weeks wages for the first time and then 2 weeks wages thereafter.

Works for me. Never had the problem. If some of them are worried right now, just make sure that next time any player gets sent off or gives a poor performance, you give them some punishment. It should get rid of all the concerns of the players. Dont get too harsh on the player as if you fine him too much, the player will become unhappy!

The only time that ever happens to me is when I go on holidau and the team goes through a bad patch, so they see it as the manager doing nothing to change what's happening...
