Bought him from Arsenal at the very start of the game and I'm not 3 seasons in and he doesn't seem to be fulfilling his potential - is it me or is he just not very good?

I'm Norwich in the premiership at the start of the 09/10 season by the way.

He wont become world class but he's definitely very good. He's still with me at Arsenal and developing into a good player.
