Hi guys,
I'm trying to get back into doing a bit of Photoshop after a brief hiatus.
Can anyone recommend a decent book which covers a lot of the principles of PS and has some excellent tutorials and references? There are so many books out there and I'm hoping for some first hand experience from those who have read a few books.

I'm a Mac user and I would prefer the screenshots/references to be Mac based. Windows only is a no-no.

Hey im stuck on the free photoshop tutorials you can find on Google. Tried the book Photoshop in a Book, for version 7, was ok,but those tutorials are even better for me.
