Really? I sacked Gary Ablett and resigned Pako in the first couple of months of season 1 no problem.

TBH I think that coaching stats are very variable - people I've seen recommended are pretty average in my game. So I'd suggest doing the 'staff search' and using the filters.

But I will recommend Francisco Seirul.lo who is Barca's fitness coach but is totally wasted doing that - fabulous coaching stats.

Usually it's to do with the fact that he usually demands a high wage which T&G can't provide the wage.

Maybe I should sack Ablett and rehire Pako cause I got games coming up and ablett made the huge mistake of asking me to sell at a price for Gerrard.
