ok, i bought some awesome midfielders and therefore have adapted a 4 2 3 1

my team lines up like this

gk agilardi

dr sam hutchinson

dl ciro capuano

dc luizao

dc mejia/constantin

cm owen garvan

cm fabio simplico

aml mark bresciano

amr nani/migliaccio

amc brienza/donovan

st defoe/cavani/altidore

now this formation seems to work pretty well but how would you set up the team instructions to really maximise the potential of playing this way?
