Hi. apologise if you've had this asked before, just moved from conference national to league 2, and have a problem getting any one to sign up, players, backroom staff people etc...
Is there a rule of thumb that almost guarantees someone might be interested in joining your team, ie; only ask people within the division your in or below, or if they sound foreign and your below championship they won't be interested. Any advice will be handy

However:

"Blobby would be extremely interested in joining this club"

This indicates a very good chance.
