I am about to update my game to 7.0.2. Do I need to restart my game to stay with the LLM guidelines? I read the header but it didn't specificly state you needed to restart the game with the newest patch, just have the newest patch.

2011 Swedish Division One North.
I was denied any incoming players as the team is almost bankrupt. Wage budget was severely cut. Media predicted an 11th place finish.
I won 3 games, 8 draws, and 15 losses for a total of 17 points. I scored 23 goals and allowed 46 goals. That was enough for 13th place and relegation. Last year high scorer again high scorer this season. My contract was renewed and I have a 1 year rolling contract.
The german player who was fans player of year for 1st season won player of season again. My average attendance dropped to its lowest level ever with only 225 average attendance. I moved out or sold 13 players for a total of 10k.
I was eliminated in the 1st round by Sleipner. I will be playing in the Swedish 2nd division ES next season.
