2009/10 Bath City Conference South

Board and Fans want a respectable league position.
Media predicts us a 6th place.
I want to avoid relegation and hope to find a player who is able to atleast somehow compensate the loss of last years top goalscorer.

In come: Already in last half of the last season I sign an AMR from the Ivorian coast who didn't had a contract since he left Circencester and an 17 year old irish DC who played for Longford before.
For the new season I get a loanee MC from Guinea who actualy has 2 caps already but is injured half the season. Also in comes a 33 year old DMC, a 25 year old AML, a 21 year old AM/FC who was top goalscorer in conference north last season and a 28 year old ST from Ghana who has 1 cap but didn't got a new contract at Halifax.
I am also allowed to spend acutal money on player and i splash 2k out on a 17 year old AMC whom my scouts recommends very very highly.

Out goes: Deadwood and a very mediocre striker after i find out that he's earning ten times as much as I do.

We are sitting just above the relegation zone all season long as my strikers aren't able to actually score goals and so we lose many games 0-1. Some 10 games before season ends my strikers decides that 6 goals for a season might actually be a bit too few and at least start to threaten the net again. With 6 games to go the board gets a bit unsatisfied and offers me to step down or get fired if I lose my next game. We then start to win the next three games and get a 0-1 lose a draw and another win until the season is over.

P:42 W:13 D:11 L:18 FOR:44 AG:47 Pts:50 Finished in 14th place.

Cups: Out in first round in both of them.

2010/11 Bath City still Conference South
Board and Fans expected to stay clear of relegation.
Media predicts us a solid 14th place.
In comes: Noone (instead i just promote two youth players to the 1st team a DC and a ST both got a few games in last season but nothing really notable)
Out goes: Noone

Sitting above the dropzone with around 5 points above 20th place all season (somtimes more sometimes less). Youth striker impresses alot as he scores 13 goals and becoming top goalscorer for the club this season.
Our now 18 year old irish DC also plays quite good and even attracts interest from Premiership side Sheffield United who at end of season gets relegated without even making a bid for my DC.

P:42 W:9 D:20 L:13 FOR:40 AG:43 Pts:47 Finished in 18th place.
FA Cup: Out in 4th qualifying round
FA Trophy: Out in First (not qualifying) round

We even make a 44k proffit this season which makes our grow to a massive 327k euros. My transfer budget is 60k euros and i have no idea which player who would actually play at this level is worth more then a thousand euros.

Do have the need 60 more top quality Conference South players??? Or has your scout not found that many interested ones yet?

2011/12 Batch City Conference South
Board and Fans expect to avoid relegation.
Media sees us in 18th place (see a pattern with last season finishs and media predictions?)

In comes: A 19year old AMR with a hippie hairstyle and some youth players getting their chance (most notable a Swedish AMRC who plays 23 games)
Out goes: A few oldtimers are getting released.

A bad start sees us losing 4 out of the first 5 games. Things get better quickly and we even have a chance of a playoffspot. Some unfortunate results makes this not happen.

P:42 W:16 D:12 L:14 FOR:55 AG:42 Pts:60 finished in 9th place.
